1. Will I be able to see a photo of my potential match before meeting with them?

While we believe compatibility includes attraction, we also believe that the potential to be attracted to someone comes from more than a photo. We keep your preferences in mind when we match you and we only send you matches that we believe you'll be attracted to.

2. How do you price your service?

​

Found Membership prices mainly fund the real, human aspect of our dating services. Because we don't rely solely on algorithms and basic interest matching, it takes hundreds upon hundreds of hours each month to provide these services to you. We appreciate your trust in us and value your patronage.

3. How do you encourage safety?

​

Your safety is our first priority. We background check each of our members. We will never send you on a date that is not public. If you are ever made uncomfortable by a match we want to hear from you so that we can stop providing services to that person.

4. Are all ages welcome to join?

​

We find matches for people of all age groups from 21 years and older!

4. How do I cancel my membership? 

​

If you'd like to cancel your Found membership for any reason, please reach out to us via email at matchmaker@foundmatchmaking.com at least 7 days before your next billing date. We will be sad to see you go but understand circumstances change! If you have any feedback for us please fill out the form in the section below.

5. What if I don't want to meet any of my matches?

​

If you're not interested in the people we suggest to you or they are not interested in you, that's okay! Your person is out there and we will take that experience and use it to refine our search. We encourage our clients to keep an open mind when looking at our suggestions, but if you're simply not interested, we respect that decision!

6. How do you use my information?

​

Your privacy is a huge priority for us here at Found. Only the team at Found will view your responses and have access to your information. By signing up, you are consenting to us letting your potential matches have details on why we think you are compatible and your first name, but we will never send personal information without permission.
